Sneak Peek Week

I would like you to meet precious little Kalista. Just 1-1/2 weeks old. Isn't she just gorgeous?! We had a wonderful photoshoot, she was just a gem to work with.

To Da Beach

Ray and I headed to the beach on Saturday. A much needed quick day get away for just the two of us. The weather was HOT and MUGGY at the house, so we thought the beach would be at least a tad cooler.

It was.

And, it was a bit crowded as well.

What I don't understand -- these umbrellas along the beach rent for $20.00, I believe 2 chairs come with them. Why rent, when you can buy a nice umbrella and a couple of chairs and you don't have to be stuck right next to people on either side of you.

I ran across a picture that makes me laugh from time to time.

A few years back while visiting my Mom, my brothers and their families came up for a visit as well. I enjoy when our families get together. There's lots of laughing, lots of jokes, and lots of love! My 8 nieces and nephews are a load of fun too. There's never a dull moment with them, they will always come up with something to entertain themselves and to make us laugh.

My nieces, Lexi and Kamryn, were obviously up to something when they came looking for empty water bottles. Only one was available. Lexi asked if I could hurry up on my water bottle so she can have it. I did. I asked what they were going to do with

Oh my, it's amazing how many newborns there are in the Houston area! But I am absolutely LOVIN' this!

Been Busy

As most of you know, I have been super busy making some adorable newborn hats. It's relaxing and I'm enjoying it. I find myself, after my day is over with, sitting down grabbing my yarn and crocheting away. They're available for sale on my website - Zaffiro Images - under "Newborn Hats". I now have headbands available.
